Problem with washing, it rusts

Customer Support
Dear Paweł, thank you for your feedback. Our cast iron pots are not coated with artificial protective layers – this is a conscious choice that emphasizes their natural character. As a result, they stand out for their excellent heat accumulation, durability, and long-term usability. At the same time, this means they can rust when in contact with moisture – this is a natural feature of cast iron, not a product defect. To prevent this, simply dry the pot thoroughly after washing (preferably by heating it slightly) and protect it with a thin layer of oil. It is also worth avoiding long soaking. If rust appears, it can be easily removed, and the surface can then be re-protected with oil (so-called seasoning), restoring the pot's full functionality.
