Yes. Within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the shipment or its personal pickup, you can withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
Yes. If you purchased multiple products, you can return all or selected ones.
To exchange products for others, return them and make another purchase on our store Ambition.pl. If the exchange is related to a product defect, take advantage of the Complaint option.
Download and fill out the return/exchange protocol. Send the completed form to us by email at [email protected] and print it to include in the package. Carefully pack the products being returned. Send the package with the returned items to us at DAJAR Sp. z o. o., ul. Różana 9, 75-220 Koszalin. Remember that you send the package at your own cost. We do not accept shipments sent to us on delivery.
We will transfer your payment for returned products promptly, but no later than within 14 days from the day we receive your shipment.
You will receive a refund of the total amount using the same payment method as the purchase was made (e.g., transfer / card / voucher, etc.), unless a refund in this form is not possible. If part of the payment was made using a non-financial form (gift card / voucher, etc.), the refund will first be issued in the form of a gift card. We do not refund transport costs incurred when returning the purchased goods to us.
When you return an order in full, we will also refund the delivery cost you incurred at the time of purchase, up to the amount of the cheapest regular shipping offered in our store. The refund amount may be reduced by compensation for any decrease in the value of the returned items that results not from ordinary handling.
