These terms and conditions define the rules for using the product review tool provided by Dajar (hereinafter referred to as the "Review Tool"). Technical support for the Review Tool is provided by our service provider Yotpo, however, Dajar is responsible for the content.

By submitting a product review via the link provided, you confirm and accept the following terms and conditions:

1. Authenticity of the review, connection to the product, age restriction

• You have actually purchased the reviewed product from Dajar and used it;
• You have written the product review yourself and are the sole author of the content;
• Your review relates exclusively to the purchased product and its properties;
• You are at least 18 (eighteen) years old.

2. Time limit for submitting a review

The possibility of submitting a review for a purchased product is limited in time. A review can be submitted within 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the review link and the review option in the customer account expire; technical submission of a review is then no longer possible.

3. Duty of truthfulness and third-party rights

• Insofar as your product review contains statements of fact, they are true;
• Your review does not infringe the rights of third parties (e.g., copyrights, trademark rights, personal rights) or trade secrets;
• Your review does not violate applicable laws (e.g., unfair competition law) and does not contain sensitive data of other persons within the meaning of data protection regulations.

4. Netiquette and prohibited content

• Your review does not contain offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, racist, sexist, pornographic, violence-glorifying, or political content;
• You have not received payment or any other direct benefit from third parties (e.g., manufacturers) for writing the review, unless this is explicitly stated in the content of the review;
• Your review does not contain advertisements, spam, links to other websites, or contact details (addresses, emails, phone numbers);
• Your review does not contain malicious software (viruses, Trojans, etc.).

5. Granting of rights of use (license)

By submitting a review, you grant Dajar a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide right to use the submitted content (text and possibly photos). This means that we may publish, reproduce, and distribute your review in connection with the reviewed product in our online shop (and possibly in our social media channels and marketing materials). Important information regarding data protection: As a rule, we publish your review using only your first name and the first letter of your surname (e.g., "Max M.") to protect your privacy. Your full surname will not be published. We reserve the right to edit reviews (e.g., shortening or correcting typos), provided this does not change the meaning of the statement.

6. Release from liability (Indemnification)

You are liable to Dajar for compliance with the obligations resulting from points 1, 3, and 4. If third parties bring claims against us resulting from a review unlawfully written by you (e.g., copyright infringement or insult), you agree to indemnify us against these claims and cover reasonable legal defense costs.

7. Verification and publication

We are not obliged to publish every review submitted. We reserve the right to verify reviews before or after publication. If a review violates these terms and conditions (in particular point 3), we have the right not to publish it or to delete it at any time. Since you only receive the review link after an actual purchase, we mark published reviews as "Verified Purchase".
